And her gift, the greatest gift, was the angry beast called fire!”

A self made King, Alma rules over her lands with an iron fist. This is not to say she is without mercy. The opposite is quite true. The iron fist is reserved only for her enemies. The people of her kingdom are well taken care of and blessed with a land that is rich in technology, design and the arts. She is a king without a queen, but does not suffer for it as she believes, "no woman needs a man to get in the way".

Jean La Mae - A famed teacher, warrior and practitioner of numerous magics Le Mae has a long and fabled history. In the Beast Wars she was an honored warrior and helped defend Mocad city from invasion. After the wars she retired to her birth place of San Antonio and opened a school of magic. Pictured here holding the famous Cube of Conundrums, Le Mae eventually left her school to unearth new mysteries in the Far East. She has not been seen in many years, but she occasionally updates her blog with cryptic stories warning of an impending danger.

Not much is know of Sophie. She is believed to be of Thai descent, but speaks with no accent. What is known is that she is a vampire hunter of the highest order. In her years as a hunter she has built a reputation as a relentless tracker. A master of many forms of weaponry she typically relies on her custom built Winchester rifle when in a fight.

Abandoned as a child the woman know as Ash Motte was found homeless on the streets of Detroit. Taken in by a young Polish family she was found to be extremely intelligent, but also lacking in social skills. Diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome she graduated college at the age of fourteen. She excelled Entomology - the study of insects and more specifically Lepidoptery - the study of moths and butterflies. She has an extreme pre-occupation with moths which she says she "understand" her. Though she spent most of her time in either libraries or her dorm room she did manage to develop a few important friendships. It was these friendships that would help guide her later in life.

Born of an affair between a Japanese business man and a Haitian prostitute in New Orleans. She was raised by her grandmother and schooled in the voodoo arts. At eighteen Nido tracked down her father in Japan. He turned out to be an aged Yakuza leader who had thus far failed to sire an heir. His grip on his clan failing along with his health her father sensed an opportunity and, foregoing tradition, welcomed his daughter into his clan. Under her father's tutelage she trained intensely in numerous martial arts and rose through the ranks to become a powerful and feared member of the clan. She ran afoul of her clan when asked to kill a rival clan member who she found out was her mother.

Miss Miss is the headmistress of a school for orphans. Once a homeless orphan herself she grew up on the streets of the Phillipines before being taken in by a US military family. She was snuck overseas back to America where she grew up with her new family. Miss Miss was a nickname unintentionally made up by one of her students who couldn't pronounce her last name so thus called her Miss Miss.

A silent killer this woman is fueled only by her thirst for revenge. She hunts a man she blames for a heinous crime. Though she strikes quickly and without question she has been known to spare those she considers innocent. Some rumors suggest that her veil may hide hideous scars. Whatever the reason her black veil makes for a haunting visage.

A crazy old man who stalks the rained out corners of the City muttering to himself about ancient spells and imagined transgressions. Normally an old man like this would simply be considered a bit eccentric, but when the old man wields two razor sharp Katana swords then its time to hide your kids. The Old Man often appears out of nowhere, wreaks havoc and then disappears.

An oracle in the gang called the Aztecs. Her hair decorations are believed to be a calendar system of sorts. She also bears the tattoos and hairstyling indicative of her gang affiliation.

A shadowy figure trained in numerous martial arts. She wears a tiny polar bear on her jacket that perhaps suggests Inuit origins as does her name - Nanuq, which means polar bear. Either way her skill with a sword is only matched by her beauty.
